Part 2: Keep Moving

  • Keep your body moving as often and as much as you can tolerate.
  • Keep your mind stimulated through continuous learning and cognitive challenges such as games or puzzles.
  • Keep your life moving. You can learn to adapt to your circumstances and find new ways to move towards your goals.

Part 3: Mindfulness

  • Avoid unnecessary negativity including any media, people, or activities associated with negative emotions.
  • Allow yourself to feel. Sometimes you can have to feel bad before you can feel better.
  • Cultivate positive thinking.
