I invented this exercise to keep my legs strong when I wasn’t able to walk. During 2015, I suffered from occult tethered cord syndrome and could barely walk 10 feet due to extreme leg weakness. Thankfully, I received the untethering surgery in time to make nearly a complete recovery a reversal of symptoms. But due to wobbly ankles, I’m back to extremely limited walking. I regularly use this exercise to keep my quads strong. Wall-blading is a great way to stay active during POTS flare ups and days when you just can’t handle gravity!
